The olives are collected from the centennial olive orchard at Eceabat in the historical Gallipoli Peninsula. Olives are picked by hand, collected in cases and crushed in traditional granite stone mill inert atmosphere. The Natural Extra Virgin/Raw Oil is collected as it flows over the hygenic steel surfaces. The olive is separated from its lees while it rests in the stainless steel tanks without any process. Those factors bring a unique flavor and quality. The whole procedure provides us to keep the original taste and flavours while it is converted into an aromatic olive oil. This olive oil contains very low level of %Oleic Acid which is close to zero and produced in limited amounts. The taste is mild, aromatic, buttery, and floral.

Kilye Virgin Olive Oil is a high quality olive oil produced by grinding whole olives and extracting the oil by steel press without any chemical process and additives. No other process has taken place. Those factors bring low acidity, a unique flavor and quality to the olive oil. The taste is aromatic and floral.
