‘Pure Tomato’
AS IF HARVESTED FROM YOUR BACKYARD

The sun ripened tomatos of Eceabat/Canakkale region are collected in July and August, peeled by hand. They are preserved and pastorised without any additives whether Whole Peeled or Chopped.

Kilye Chopped Tomatos can be consumed  in the winter season as if they are collected fresh from the backyard and can be cooked as tomato sauce in ravioli and pastas. 'Pure Tomato' s are produced by hand and in limited quantities.

Kilye Tomato Paste
The sun ripened tomatoes of Eceabat/Canakkale region are collected in July and August are crushed, concentrated and pastorized in the jars without any preservatives.

Kilye Dried Tomatos
The sun ripened tomatoes of Eceabat/Canakkale region are collected in July and August and are dehydrated/dried, marinated with extra virgin olive oil and preserved in the glass jars without any preservatives.

Kilye Breakfast Paste-Acuka
The sun ripened tomatoes and paprikas of Eceabat/Canakkale region are crushed and blended with cumin, garlic, some herbs and wallnut. The paste is preserved in the jars without any preservatives/additives. The selections are; Both hot Acuka and norma Acuka.
